Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Tours are operated by Phuket Andaman Travel Co., Ltd. (company registration 0835568007121), a tour business operator licensed by the Department of Tourism. Registered office: 105 Moo 5, Thep Krasattri, Thalang, Phuket 83110. Operating office: 183/76 Phang Nga Road, Talat Yai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is a request for a place on a tour on a given date. We confirm every booking by email or message within 24 hours. If the date you chose is full, we will offer you another date or refund the full amount you paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht per person. Children aged 3–12 pay the child rate. Children under 3 travel free.

4. National park fees

Some tours enter a marine national park. Where this applies, the park fee is shown as a separate line at checkout and collected with your booking, and we pay it on your behalf at the park.

Park fees are lower for Thai nationals. If you book at the Thai national rate, every traveller booked at that rate must show a valid Thai ID card at the pier. If a card cannot be shown, the difference to the foreign visitor rate is payable on the day of travel. Where a group mixes Thai and foreign travellers, fees are charged at the rate selected at booking and any difference is settled at the pier.

5. Pickup

Hotel pickup is included within our pickup zones. We message you the evening before your trip with your pickup time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at that time; the vehicle cannot wait long without delaying other guests.

6. Weather, sea conditions and park closures

Boat trips depend on the sea. The captain and the national park authorities may cancel or change a trip for safety at any time.

7. Health and safety

Please tell us about allergies, medical conditions or if a traveller cannot swim, using the notes field when you book. Our boat trips are not recommended for travellers with asthma or heart disease, pregnant travellers, children under 1 year old, or anyone who has had bone surgery in the last 6 months. Travellers must follow the instructions of the crew and guide at all times.

Changing your date

You can change your travel date once per booking, if you tell us at least 14 days before your original date. Contact us on WhatsApp, LINE or email with your booking number.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
